Mindfulness is a simple yet difficult practice which allows you to be in control of your mind rather than your mind being in control of you.


During my 8 weeks course you will learn about mindfulness, its effectiveness and how to apply it to your lI’ve. Techniques include formal meditations, daily activities and habit releasers.


The course is available through an online group and a self help option also.
